Key Responsibilities

Advise the JAC Commander (CDR) / Director of Operations (OPS DIR) on planning, developing, conducting, evaluating and improving Maritime Operations.

Advise the JAC CDR / OPS DIR and assist them with the development and preparation of training plans and orders for both current and future Maritime Operations. 

Advise and assist with the development of contingency and crisis response plans. 

Advise and assist the JAC CDR / OPS DIR in developing and implementing Maritime Operational Doctrine. (DLQ, HOSTAC, MSO, MIO, ASuW, ASW)

Advise and assist the JAC CDR / OPS DIR in assessing Maritime operational readiness and capabilities in order to meet current and future operational shortcomings and in developing a strategy for mitigating operational deficiencies.

Increase in JAC Key Leadership knowledge and discussion with US/Coalition Forces. (DLQ, HOSTAC, MSO, MIO, ASuW, ASW).
